Aiture AI (“Aiture”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the platform available at aiture.ai. We provide AI-powered Gmail lead automation for Japanese car export sellers — reading inbound buyer inquiries, matching inventory, and sending professional replies on behalf of users.

Account information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and any business profile details you provide (company name, sender name, reply tone preference).

Gmail data

When you connect your Gmail inbox, Aiture AI requests access to your Gmail account using Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. We request the following Gmail permissions:

• gmail.readonlyRead inbound email messages and detect buyer inquiries
• gmail.modifyMark processed messages as read and organise your inbox
• gmail.sendSend AI-generated replies on your behalf when auto-send is enabled

We only access emails that arrive in your inbox while your Gmail integration is active and connected. We do not access historical emails beyond what is needed to process current unread messages.

Inventory data

Vehicle inventory you upload is stored and used solely to match leads with available stock and generate relevant replies.

We use the data we collect exclusively to operate the Aiture AI service:

• Read and classify inbound email inquiries as leads or non-leads
• Extract structured lead information (vehicle make, model, budget, destination)
• Match lead requests against your inventory
• Generate and send professional reply emails on your behalf
• Maintain an audit log of leads, replies, and automation outcomes
• Deliver, maintain, and improve the platform

We do not sell, rent, or share your Gmail data with any third party for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Aiture AI service.

To extract lead information and generate replies, email content (subject lines and plain-text body) is processed by an AI language model. This processing is performed solely to operate the automation features you have enabled. Email content is not used to train AI models, and is not retained beyond what is necessary to store your lead records within the platform.

Your Gmail OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted before being stored. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each seller account operates in an isolated workspace — no seller can access another seller's leads, inventory, or Gmail data.

Lead records, reply drafts, and inventory data are stored in a secure cloud database. We retain this data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Aiture AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Gmail data is used only to provide the lead automation features described in this policy
• Gmail data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to operate the service
• Gmail data is not used for serving advertisements
• We do not allow humans to read your Gmail data unless you have explicitly given permission, or it is required for security or to comply with applicable law

You can at any time:

• Disconnect Gmail — Revoke our access from within your dashboard or from your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Request data deletion — Email us at arr.japan.ltd@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and associated data
• Disable auto-send — Switch to manual draft review mode at any time from your dashboard settings

Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data, Gmail tokens, leads, and inventory records within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
