By accessing or using the Aiture AI platform (“Service”) at aiture.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the platform.

Aiture AI provides an AI-powered lead automation platform designed for Japanese car export sellers. The Service connects to your Gmail inbox, reads inbound buyer inquiries, matches leads against your vehicle inventory, and generates and sends professional reply emails on your behalf.

The Service requires you to authorize Aiture AI to access your Gmail account using Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. You may revoke this access at any time.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is currently intended for Japanese car export businesses and sellers operating on platforms such as JapaneseCarTrade.com.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.

By connecting your Gmail account to Aiture AI, you authorize us to:

• Read inbound emails in your inbox to identify buyer leads
• Mark processed emails as read
• Send reply emails from your Gmail address on your behalf

You acknowledge that when auto-send is enabled, emails will be sent automatically from your Gmail account without requiring your approval for each individual message. You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service and for ensuring the Service is configured appropriately for your business.

You can disable auto-send or disconnect your Gmail account at any time from your dashboard settings.

Aiture AI uses artificial intelligence to generate email replies. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated replies are based on your inventory data and business profile settings
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated replies before they are sent when using manual mode
• Aiture AI is not liable for any business outcomes arising from AI-generated email content

We recommend periodically reviewing sent replies and adjusting your sender profile and inventory data to improve reply quality.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails or spam
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Aiture AI platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Aiture AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain all ownership rights to your data, inventory, and email content. You grant Aiture AI a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Aiture AI does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated replies will be accurate or result in successful sales outcomes
• The Service will meet all your specific business requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aiture AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Gmail account and closing your account from the dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
